Work as a provider of legal services in a law office, as a provincial offenses prosecutor, or within a corporate environment. As a Paralegal, you’re authorized to provide legal services in tribunal practice, residential landlord and tenant law, and civil litigation within the limit of the Small Claims Court.
As a graduate of the Paralegal Diploma program, you’ll have the opportunity to become licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada. This program qualifies you for admission to the Paralegal Licensing Process and prepares you for the LSUC Paralegal licensing examination.
