SPA THERAPIST DIPLOMA

IBI is proud to deliver a well-rounded professional Diploma program in the field of Aesthetics. The program objective is to provide individuals with the knowledge of traditional aesthetic treatments. Students will be well versed in providing traditional aesthetic services such as facials, body treatments, nail care, and waxing. An in-depth understanding of practical application and client consultations is re-iterated throughout the program. Additionally, sanitization and sterilization practices according to the Ministry of Health and professionalism in the workplace are emphasized. Students will be prepared for a career in the aesthetics industry. This comprehensive program is designed for individuals who wish to commence a career at a day spa, resort spa, cruise ship, cosmetic line, retail store or home based-business.

DIPLOMA REQUIREMENTS

In order to achieve a diploma, a student must obtain a minimum overall average of 70%, with no grade less than 60% in any theoretical or practical examination. The Spa industry in Canada and abroad is expanding and is expected to double in revenue over the next 10 years. The International Beauty Institute is at the forefront of industry innovations with the most current techniques and teaching methodologies.
