Who should complete the Leadership Associate Certificate?

The Leadership Associate Certificate is right for you if:

  • You are already working in small-to-large organizations

What grads can do

This flexible program with many courses that are offered online focuses on professional skills development that you can apply to almost any industry. By helping you develop your leadership and change management skills, you’ll be better prepared to move up into managerial roles or give you, as a new manager, the skills to lead your team, and your career, effectively. Additionally, upon completion of this program, you’ll have the opportunity to apply some of your course credits toward further education in the Human Resource Management Certificate, the Diploma in Business Administration, and other programs.
