  triOS College Toronto and Kitchener are working on train-out solutions for Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy Students in Cambridge and Toronto who are impacted by their school’s recent closures.

  Students enrolled in this program will receive:

  • Partnership with Massage Addict which offers one $1000 scholarship to one first and one second year Massage Therapy student at each triOS College campus. Through this partnership, you will also be eligible for a tuition reimbursement offer: $200 monthly tuition repayment assistance for graduates practicing at Massage Addict.
  • Or partnership with pt Health which offers the Student’s Choice Program – students have the choice of loan repayment for a maximum of 3 years and up to $7,000 for graduates practicing at pt Health or payment for exam fees (valued at about $1,400).
  • 440 clinical hours for hands-on training.
  • Participation in a program that is recognized by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

• Pharmacy Assistant

  Program Overview

  The Pharmacy Assistant diploma program at triOS College encompasses 38 weeks of comprehensive training, combining 32 weeks of intensive coursework with a 6-week (200-hour) community pharmacy internship. Delivered through live online instruction with campus support available across 8 Ontario locations, this credential equips students with foundational knowledge and practical skills essential for supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in community pharmacy environments. The curriculum develops proficiency in prescription processing and dispensing, pharmacy compounding, pharmacology, pharmaceutical mathematics, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and pharmacy law and ethics. Students gain hands-on experience with computerized dispensary systems and industry-standard equipment while developing professional communication and customer service competencies.   A Personal Support Worker (PSW) provides assistance in routine living activities such as: mobility, personal care and hygiene, ongoing medical conditions, and the management of household activities. As a trained personal support worker, you may look after patients in a home, hospital, and/or long-term care facility.

  If you want to play a part in providing optimal healthcare to patients in need, then the Personal Support Worker program will set your foundations with strong administrative and clinical skills and knowledge. By the end of this course, you will have effective communication, be able to implement theories on topics such as cognitive and mental health issues and brain injuries, and assist with patients’ medications. The completion of the in-class courses is followed by a clinical placement to get hands-on experience in the field.
