This program is designed for students who are seeking workforce entry communication skills. The program is divided into two modules, each lasting 4 weeks. The first module focuses on business communication skills, such as presentations, taking part in meetings, negotiating, telephoning, and using English in social situations. Students will familiarize themselves with communication tools that are mainly used in North America. In the second module, students will learn essential workforce entry and business documentation skills.
Learning Objectives
Students in the Business Communication Management Program graduates are able to:
Productively use MS Office including Word and Excel
Communicate effectively using various communication channels
Use the internet to research and write high-quality articles with scholarly sources
Create business-savvy documents, including memos, emails and newsletters
Learn about new schools and available funding offers.
Stay informed on loans and grants as they are available.
