CELBAN PREPARATORY COURSE

he Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment for Nurses (CELBAN) is the first language assessment designed specifically for internationally educated nurses. The CELBAN™ is quickly being accepted by nursing licensing bodies across Canada. The CELBAN™ has been endorsed by the licensing bodies of Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Psychiatric Nurses across Canada as an acceptable option to demonstrate the level of English language proficiency for licensure. The CELBAN™ will evaluate the proficiency level in all four skill areas (speaking, listening, writing and reading).
