Program Overview

This intensive fast-track certificate credential accelerates French language acquisition from absolute beginner to B1 proficiency level through 600 hours of immersive instruction spanning 10 months. No prior French knowledge required—students progress systematically through A1 (2 months), A2 (4 months), and B1 (4 months) competency levels while developing comprehensive communication skills, cultural understanding, and exam preparation strategies essential for integration into French-speaking Canadian communities and bilingual professional environments.

Core Competencies

Students develop proficiency in French phonetics and pronunciation through natural methods and phonetic symbol systems; comprehensive language skills encompassing conversational speaking, contextual listening comprehension, written text analysis, and coherent composition from sentences to essays; practical vocabulary and grammar application for everyday and professional contexts; cultural competence including French and French-Canadian customs and communication nuances; plus standardized exam preparation techniques with simulated testing environments.
