DESCRIPTION

  • Develop skills needed to perform tasks on stand-alone or networked computers
  • Analyze the architecture and operation of computer systems
  • Install the physical and logical elements of a computer workstation and manage access to the resources of a network
  • Install the shareable resources of a network
  • Restore a computer workstation
15-month program (1,800 hours) offered on site at the Sherbrooke campus only

Admission Conditions

  • Persons holding a Secondary School Diploma (DES) or its recognized equivalent, for example, an Attestation of Equivalence of Secondary studies OR TENS;
  • Persons who are at least 18 years of age upon entry into the program and have the following functional prerequisites: the successful completion of the General Development Test, or recognition of equivalent learning and have earned the Secondary IV credits in language of instruction and mathematics in the programs of study established by the Minister.
