Program Overview

The Construction Management diploma program provides students with practical skills and foundational knowledge needed to support residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Canada's construction industry. Over 48 weeks, students develop competencies in construction project management, planning and scheduling, cost estimation and control, construction finance, building codes interpretation, law and contracts, health and safety compliance, and sustainable construction practices, preparing them to contribute confidently to modern construction operations through online delivery with hands-on training.
