Description: This diploma is a 24-week program delivered in-class. The College has included an additional 12 weeks to allow for illness, vacations and other course interruptions. The program is therefore required to be completed within 36 weeks. Diploma admissions are on a rolling basis. This diploma program will enable you to deal with customers and their needs. You will learn how to provide excellence in service, learn about communicating effectively and handling difficult customers proficiently. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a call centre environment providing insight and solutions to queries, account information and general services questions that customers may raise. You will also be responsible for promoting products and promotions, and increasing the sales of these products and services to current and prospective customers. Typical call center employment opportunities include mail-order catalogue processing, telemarketing, customer service, help desks, etc.
