Guest Services Representative
Are you interested in working in the hotel industry? If so, SIIT’s Guest Services Representative program may be the first step to a rewarding career in the tourism sector.
The Guest Services Representative program is delivered in Regina, Prince Albert, and Saskatoon, and in various community locations. The program includes classroom and hands on training, life skills training, career planning, and safety tickets. Students can also complete a work placement.
Graduates of this program can expect to find entry level work in a variety of occupations, including: front desk, reservation sales, housekeeping/ custodial, night audit, and tourism visitor information. Graduates of this program can find employment in hotels and a wide range of other businesses in the tourism sector.
