Heavy Equipment Operator

Are you interested in working as a heavy equipment operator? If so, SIIT’s Heavy Equipment Operator program may be your next step. If there are projects happening in your community, there may be a program starting up near you. Check with your local Labour Force Development officer for details. The Heavy Equipment Operator program is only delivered in select community locations. The program includes classroom and hands on training, career planning, and safety tickets. Graduates of this program can expect to find employment as a heavy equipment or pipeline equipment operator and be employed by construction companies, heavy equipment contractors, public works departments and pipeline, logging, cargo-handling and other companies.
