This program is designed for students wishing to pursue a career administering and supporting users on networked systems. Network consulting, implementation, and operating services are rapidly growing areas in the information technology industry.  This program will help students develop the network administration and user support skills required to meet employers’ needs in these areas. Industry and vendor certifications have become a benchmark used by employers in the hiring process.  The Information Systems Administrator program helps students prepare for certification examinations in these areas:
  • Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) A+ and Network + Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate:  Windows Server 2012 (MCSA)
  • Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT)
