Medical Clinic & Unit Clerk Administration Diploma

The Robertson College Medical Clinic & Unit Clerk Administration program will prepare students to work in an administrative and clinical support capacity within a health care environment. Career opportunities exist in long-term care facilities, hospitals, medical clinics, and offices.

Program Overview

In this program, students will develop competencies in a wide variety of areas ranging from medical terminology to clinical office procedures. Students will learn how to perform critical administrative duties, complete basic clinical tasks, and maintain medical records. In addition, students will learn bookkeeping and accounting basics, and understand how to work directly with patients to check height, weight, temperature, and blood pressure.
