Program Details

Are you interested in putting your problem-solving and organizational skills to use in an office setting? Do you want to ensure that all administration activities of a business run efficiently? If so, then the Office Administrator program is the right fit for you. An Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office; responsibilities can include, but are not limited to: answering phone calls, overseeing appointments and schedules, organizing company events, and performing accounting tasks. Since Office Administrators play a critical role in office activities, employers ask for well-rounded and skilled candidates to join their team. As a student of the Office Administrator program, you will be fully equipped to take on this role by the time you graduate. You will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, learn aspects of financial management like planning and budgeting, and get introduced to advanced accounting concepts including depreciation, cash flow analysis, and temporary and long-term investments. Students enrolled in the program receive:
  • Training on the latest software applications required by employers.
  • Career services assistance.
