Welding Technology

If you have long term welding career plans and want to specialize with advanced training, then this program will accelerate you into better paying jobs, faster - 32 weeks Welding classes include 5 TSSA license tests or 3 TSSA license tests + all position CWB license testing in Electric Arc and consists of following courses:
  • Oxy-Acetylene Fuel – 35 hours
  • Electric Arc (SMAW) – 250 hours
  • MIG – Mild Steel (GMAW) – 40 hours
  • TIG – Mild Steel (GTAW) – 60 hours
  • Elective Specialty – 200 hours MIG Aluminum & Flux-Core or TIG Aluminum & Stainless Steel or Electric Arc CWB
  • Basic Blueprint Reading – 40 hours
  • Blueprint Reading for Welders – 80 hours
  • General Welding Theory – 30 hours
  • Specialty Welding Theory & L.P.I. System of Inspection – 40 hours
  • Job Search – 25 hours
